About our Workforce & Education Efforts
Through our workforce & education efforts, we are committed to supporting our local schools to help continue to raise the educational attainment rate and provide pathways that encourage lifelong learning. Our for impact organization can provide resources to support local and regional business success and workforce development efforts in Crawford County. A key area of focus is working closely with private businesses, chambers of commerce, educational institutions, and public officials regarding in-demand industries and skill sets needed for the current workforce. The Partnership collaborates with our regional and local higher-education institutions, North Central State College & the Crawford Success Center, and The Ohio State University-Mansfield, to develop custom training, GED and adult education programs, and degrees specifically related to the top industries, like manufacturing and healthcare, in our county. The Partnership is also working closely with our businesses and local school districts to make sure our students know the opportunities available in Crawford County.
