Erin Stine, CU Lead Facilitator
Erin Stine serves as the Community Development Director for the Crawford Partnership, as well as the Facilitator for Crawford County’s CU Lead program.
Holding a B.A. in Communications and Marketing from Cleveland State University, Erin spent more than 10 years coaching NCAA collegiate volleyball at both Mount Union and Walsh University before moving back to the area to help launch the Crawford Success Center in Bucyrus. During her time at the CSC, she effectively guided the center from concept to reality over her two years as Director. During her tenure, more than 300 students enrolled in and completed college-level coursework at the center—many of whom are first-generation college students. In addition to guiding the academic services offered through the center, Stine also excelled in marketing the center, fundraising, and building strategic partnerships between the center and key stakeholders in the Crawford County community.
She took that experience with her to the Crawford Partnership, where for the last six years, she has led the community development efforts for Crawford County. Focusing on the quality of life, health and wellness, downtown revitalization, and more, Erin has solidified herself as a leader and collaborator throughout Crawford County. A CU Lead graduate herself, Erin has a unique passion and understanding for Crawford County and has the leadership development experience to guide future cohorts through the CU Lead program by providing them the platform to lead!
