The wage and benefits survey is a systematic and comprehensive study conducted by The Corporate University, Kent State University at Stark in collaboration Ashland, Crawford, and Richland Counties to gather data on the compensation and benefits offered to employees within a specific job market or industry. The primary objective of such a survey is to provide valuable insights into hourly and salary levels, benefits packages, and other key metrics.

Employers participating in the survey provide this information anonymously and confidentially to ensure that individual company data remains private.
