United Way of North Central Ohio is pleased to announce that Ohio Mutual Insurance Group has been awarded the UWNCO Red Feather Award for overwhelming service to the community through strategic philanthropy, volunteerism, and advocacy of service over self.
The award, announced by UWNCO Executive Director Amber Wertman at the 2023 Crawford County Business Forecast and Economic Development Breakfast on February 22, recognizes Ohio Mutual’s commitment to a corporate culture that includes continual and deliberate support of the local community.
In her remarks, Wertman noted, “Ohio Mutual knows that career and community go hand in hand. Their employees volunteer regularly in the community, packing meals, painting at parks, collecting food and toy donations, and more.”
