Retiring owner to sell downtown service business and real estate
BUCYRUS, OHIO – Thursday, February 15 – The Crawford Partnership announced today its second opportunity through the Crawford Business Exchange – a service that promotes businesses in Crawford County ready for sale. This lead, codenamed “Project Terrace,” is a long-standing successful local Crawford County service business and associated real estate that are now available for sale. The owners, both of whom wish to retire, are looking to sell both the real estate and the business together for $249,900. This includes a 3,500-square-foot building in a desirable downtown location. The estimated current annual revenue is $105,000. The owners are ready to retire, but have a passion for the business to continue and are willing to provide training and mentoring.
Crawford County Commissioner Tim Ley is hopeful this business will find new ownership. “The program launched in January this year, and there is another business in need of a new owner.” He continued, “We want these businesses to stay open in our county and contribute to our economy as well as continue to provide employment opportunities.”
