Work continues on spec building

GALION — A spec building funded in part through the Ohio Development Services Agency’s Rural Industrial Park Loan (RIPL) fund is nearing completion.
David Zak, executive and economic development director for the Crawford Partnership, said the 50,000-square-foot building at Ohio 598 and Brandt Road already is listed in a state database for available industrial sites and on his office’s website. Primary construction could be completed as soon as April, and “certainly in the second quarter.”
