$1.6M multipurpose building is ‘quite the upscale’ from previous facility
Gere Goble, with the Bucyrus Telegraph-Forum, reported on the multipurpose building at the Crawford County Fairgrounds on January 29, 2023.
A major new multipurpose building won’t be the only change awaiting visitors to this year’s Crawford County Fair.
The fair has a new manager and secretary, and a centrally located pavilion scheduled for demolition soon will be replaced in time for the fair in July.
David Staats became the fair’s new, full-time manager in November, replacing Rebecca Miller, who served as secretary/manager. The new fair secretary is Amy Hughes. Tom Laughbaum is the fair’s treasurer.
