The Crawford Partnership for Education & Economic Development, a 501(c)(3) public-private partnership based in Bucyrus, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Development Manager. This role involves managing community development activities in Crawford County and its municipalities, including Bucyrus, Galion, Crestline, and New Washington. The ideal candidate will posses strong grant administration, writing, and community development project skills, along with experience in community engagement and planning. Responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure projects, quality of life initiatives, residential development, brownfield redevelopment, and downtown revitalization. The position offers a salary of $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, with applications due by 5:00 p.m. July 1, 2024.
The Crawford Partnership, established in 2006, acts as a development and change agent for Crawford County, a top-performing non-metro area for economic development. Recent accomplishments, including securing significant grants like the CDBG administration and an EPA Brownfield Assessment grant, have highlighted the need for this role.
