New Washington, Ohio – Wurms Diversified Solutions (WDS), a trusted and reliable contract manufacturer of wood, plastic and seamless vinyl upholstery components and sub-assemblies announced today that it has completed an asset based purchase of competitor KGS, Inc. KGS, Inc., located in Greenville, Ohio, is a contract manufacturer of die cut, CNC routed and thermo vacuum formed plastic components. Effective 9/1/2025, KGS, Inc. production will be transferred to WDS existing facilities. WDS has facilities in Jackson Center, Ohio and New Washington, Ohio.
Gerald Wurm, President, stressed that this strategic move is part of WDS commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and improving scalability for KGS, Inc. customers since WDS already has these capabilities in house. He is excited about this transfer and believes that it will lead to an even better experience for former KGS, Inc. customers. Wurm stated that “WDS is expected to provide KGS, Inc. customers with high-quality products, on time services, and best in class customer service while ensuring continued quality and reliability for existing WDS customers.”

- UPHOLSTERY FABRICATION: Thermoforming of seamless vinyl covers and assembly of seamless vinyl pads and cushions
